1. Who can use FytSpace

The Service is offered to two kinds of users:

• Gym accounts — gym owners, managers, trainers, and front-desk staff who sign up to manage a gym's members, staff, billing, and attendance.
• Member accounts — individuals invited by a gym to track their own workouts, diet plans, and attendance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a gym account. Member accounts may be created by a gym on behalf of a person of any age with that person's (or their guardian's) consent.

2. Gym accounts & subscriptions

Gym accounts require an active FytSpace subscription to access the dashboard and mobile app. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan changes are shown at the time of purchase. Access to gym-management features is suspended if a subscription lapses, and is restored automatically once payment succeeds.

3. Biometric attendance

Gyms may connect a compatible biometric device (e.g. a ZKTeco terminal) to capture member attendance via fingerprint or face recognition. The biometric template itself is captured and stored on the device at the gym, not on FytSpace's servers — FytSpace only stores an enrollment status flag and the resulting attendance timestamps. Gyms are responsible for obtaining any consent required by local law before enrolling a member's biometrics.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to store or share data you don't have the right to.
• Don't attempt to access another gym's data or another member's account.
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its APIs or infrastructure.
• Don't use notification features to send unsolicited or unrelated messages.

5. Content & data you provide

You retain ownership of the data you or your gym enters into FytSpace — member records, diet and exercise plans, images, and messages. You grant FytSpace a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations. A gym closing its account does not automatically delete member records required for financial or legal record-keeping, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” FytSpace does not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice — workout and diet plans shown in the app are created and managed by your gym's staff, not by FytSpace. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FytSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
